1969 Mustang Boss 302 Garage Find with only 169 miles on the clock
It's always one of those things you dream about, finding a true classic car waisting away in some barn, garage or warehouse with the owner clueless to the value it holds. Those kinds of finds are one-in-a-million these days but they still do happen as is the case with a certain 1969 Mustang Boss 302 that was locked away in a garage for over 38 years. The 1969 Boss 302 was purchased in 1969 from Von Wil Ford in Wharton, Texas by an amateur racer who raced the car three times before he passed away a few months later. His widow left the car just as it sat untouched with 169 miles on the clock in a locked garage for the past 38 years.
From the photos of the car it was preserved quite well in the garage with the interior looking spotless and untouched. The car has extensive paperwork including a timeslip from Eastex Dragway showing an E.T. of 13.04, not bad. As of writing this bidding has reached $140K with the reserve not met. You can buy the car outright for a mere $220K using the buy it now feature. For more information and photos check out the Ebay auction here.

My stepfather had a 70 Boss 302, And I have to say they are one of the most awesome cars Ford ever built. I'd love to own a 69 or 70 Boss someday, But by the time I'm ready... They'll be about 80-90 thousand for a good one.
