First 2010 Mustang and 2010 Shelby GT500 to be Auctioned at Barrett-Jackson


December 31st, 1969 *** Update *** Lot# 1347.1 has been changed from the first 2010 Mustang off the line to the FR500CJ Cobra Jet Prototype XX1(#1). *************  Ford Motor Company, Carroll Shelby and Barrett-Jackson are teaming up again to auction off the very first retail version of the 2010 Ford Mustang (Lot# 1347.1) and the first 2010 Shelby GT500 (Lot# 1347.2) at the 38th annual Barrett-Jackson collector car auction. The Barrett-Jackson auto auction will take place on January 13-18 in Scottsdale, AZ with the first 2010 Mustang and Shelby GT500 set for Saturday the 17th. All proceeds from both auctions will benefit the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. The SPEED Channel will have live coverage througout the 6 days of auctions.
