3rd Annual Unique PerformanceFest

I can’t believe it’s the Third Annual Unique PerformanceFest already, I don’t remember the other two for some reason. Ok with the wife sitting next to me smacking my head it’s all starting to come back to me, our wedding anniversary is always around the time of this event and the past two years we have been out of town celebrating it. I am begining to think my October 9th wedding anniversary should be moved to accomadate the car event….was that a tv controller that flew by my head and did it come from the wife. It must have because I don’t think my yorkie threw it, glad I ducked. I know you are asking yourself what is the wife doing with the tv controller but that is another story for another day.

Ok on to the news at hand, the 3rd Annual Unique PerformanceFest will be held on Saturday October 14, 2006 and will be headlined by award winning designer and builder Chip Foose. The event is brought to you by Sam Pack Auto Group and will feature an assortment of classic, current and custom cars including motorcycles, racing dsiplays, vendors and celebrities. A few celebrities invited for the event include Carroll Shelby, AJ from Overhaulin and various sports stars probably from the local teams (Mavericks, Stars, Rangers, Cowboys).

Being that I live in the DFW area and the event is held in the DFW area I will be in attendance to snap a bunch of photos of all the action. So check back Sunday the 15th after the show for a bunch of pics.
