Mark Martin Takes A Roush For A Spin

NASCAR driver Mark Martin takes a 2006 Roush Stage 2 Ford Mustang for a drive down pit road after taking media members for a few laps around the newly paved track at Lowe’s Motor Speedway in Concord, North Carolina.

Martin ran six laps in the Roush Mustang, hitting about 90 mph as he carefully examined the surface for any imperfections. His assessment and stamp of approval is what Lowe’s officials had been hoping for. They spent $3 million this winter to repave the surface to better track conditions.
