January Mustang Sales Figures Released
February 2nd, 2008 by CobraMatt

It’s a new year for Mustang sales and already we are off to a horrible start with sales plummeting from the previous month by more than 20%. Historically January and February are the worst months for car sales in general due to factors like cold weather and people are still paying off holiday bills but when Mustang sales reach mid x,xxx range for a single month something needs to change and fast.
Sales of Mustangs for January of 2008 were 6,545 compared to 9,064 from January of 2007 showing a 27.8% drop in sales from the previous year. Year to date sales for 2008 Mustangs are of course 6,545 compared to 9,064 for 2007, a 27.8% drop over the previous year. I know I just repeated myself in the previous sentence but I include those two lines in all my Mustang sales figure posts. Next month they will start to make more sense and look normal.
If you are curious what last year’s sales were by month then check out March, April, May , June , July , August , September , October , November and December 2007 Sales.
